MISSION TO ADOPT

 Adoption fundraising is something that can incite a considerable amount of debate. We understand that. When couples announce to friends, co-workers, or even strangers that they are expecting a child they don't normally follow up by asking for money. Why should it be any different for adoptive parents-to-be?

What we are hoping to accomplish is to provide people with an experience they will enjoy (in our case, great live music) or a product they will find useful (in our case, a cookbook filled with tried-and-true family recipes).

There are many ways that people go about raising extra money to cover adoption expenses. Our idea was to find an interesting way to incorporate our love of music - both playing it and listening to it - into our efforts.

 We will use the earnings to put towards our adoption costs. Even if you aren't especially interested in our adoption plans, you'll still end up with an unforgettable concert experience and/or a cookbook you can continue to draw from when feeding your own family.

 Again, we mean it when we say drop us a line if you have questions. If you are thinking about adoption, maybe we can give you a better idea of what the process has been like for us. We are grateful for the help of everyone who has been through this before and were willing to help us. But even if you are not considering adoption, but want to to know more about our story, we welcome the inquiries.
